Raging Waters Sydney is registered as a COVID Safe Business.

Welcome to Raging Waters Sydney!

We want you to know the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. We are fully committed to creating the cleanest and safest environment possible for your visit.

The way we will operate is significantly different from what we are all used to as we adapt to the new landscape created by COVID-19. While we are committed to enhanced standards in an effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and any place where people are present. Please, read this page fully to ensure the best experience possible as you plan your visit and join us.

COMPULSORY LIFE JACKETS FOR GUESTS UNDER 120 CMS IN BEACH WAVE POOL

·      All guests under 120cms in height must wear a lifejacket when in the Beach Wave Pool  regardless of their swimming ability

·       Children Under 10 must remain under adult supervision at all times – within arms reach of an adult

·      Lifejackets are not permitted to be worn on the attractions

·      Make sure you select the correct jacket for your size and weight

·      Instructions on how to fit the jacket are on the inside of the jacket

·      All jackets must be returned to the racks at the end of use.

Working Together to Avoid COVID-19

The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. In these unprecedented times, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to help protect everyone. But we can’t do it alone. We are counting on everyone’s efforts to do their part by cooperating with these new measures that are designed to keep every person visiting and/or working at Raging Waters Sydney healthy and safe.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Follow advice from NSW Health
  • Do not enter the facility if you have been advised to self-isolate.
  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing mild flu-like symptoms.
  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, blowing your nose, and before and after eating.
  • Avoid touching your face.
  • Maintain appropriate distance (1.5 metres) from others not in your travel party.
  • Review and follow the safety measures in Park.

Guests should familiarise themselves with guidance from NSW Health and evaluate their risk in determining whether they should attend our facility. If you or a family member are ill or think that you may be getting ill, please postpone your visit until you are well.

By visiting our facility, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Cashless Payments

Cashless payments will be accepted only.

Hand Cleansing

Wash hands often with soap and water.

Hand Sanitiser

Sanitiser stations are provided throughout the park.

Social Distancing

Please keep social distance of 1.5 metres between your party and others. 

Sanitising Teams

Our staff perform enhanced sanitising and cleaning throughout the day.

Education & Training

Enhanced staff education and training on cleanliness and safety practices. Please read and follow all posted safety signage.

Planning a Visit

In order to comply with key health and safety measures planning a visit to Raging Waters Sydney will look different.

  • When purchasing Day Tickets online, Guests need to select the date of their visit. This may be changed if they are unable to attend the original booked in date.
  • Raging Waters Sydney will be a cashless venue. Payments via EFTPOS or pre-loaded wristbands (this can be arranged at In Park Services) will be accepted.

Detailed Safety Measures

  • If you have a fever or are displaying any other symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
  • Sanitising stations have been added throughout the park.
  • Enhanced sanitising throughout the park including a thorough daily deep cleaning of all touchpoints.
  • To achieve 1.5 metres of social distance between travel parties, markers have been placed on the ground in all lines and waiting areas. Separation screens have been installed in retail and food & beverage locations where social distancing between Team Members and Guests cannot be achieved.
  • Signage throughout entrance areas and the park will remind all (Guests, Team Members, Suppliers, and Contracted Partners) of the importance of following all rules during their time at Raging Waters Sydney.
  • Raging Waters Sydney will be a cashless venue. Payments via EFTPOS or pre-loaded wristbands (this can be arranged at In Park Services) will be accepted.
