RAGING WATERS SYDNEY COVID-19 PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

Following the advice provided by the Chief Medical Officer and NSW Health that non-essential mass public gatherings of 500 people be cancelled, Raging Waters Sydney will be closed from 16 March 2020.

This decision has been made as a preventive measure to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 to help keep you, our team members, and our communities safe and healthy.

This will mean the season will end 2 weeks earlier than the scheduled date of 29 March 2020.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, however the safety of our guests and staff is our number 1 priority. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in this matter.

We value each of our guests and we look forward to welcoming you during back next season.

For Guests with unused paid season passes and day tickets, these will be valid for our 2020/21 season scheduled to commence in October 2020. Please contact our Guest Services Team on 13 96 97 for assistance in transferring these to next season. You must contact us by 30 June 2020 to be eligible for an extension.

Unused Season Passes or paid Day Tickets will be valid for use during the 2020/21 Season commencing 2 October 2020 (subject to change).

You must contact us by 30 June 2020 to be eligible for an extension.

The early end to the season has reduced operation by 4 days. It is up to the individual as to how many times they use their season pass. The closure is in accordance with legislation from NSW Health and to keep our Guests and Staff safe and well. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For Season Passes purchased from 1 February 2020, the Bring-a-Friend Free tickets will be carried over for use during the 2020/21 Season.

For any Platinum or Gold Season Passholder renewing for 2020/21 Season they will receive 1 additional Bring-A-Friend Free ticket valid for use until 31 December 2020. This is in addition to the inclusions of each pass.

If you are renewing your Season Pass, the funds on your band will be carried over.

For cabanas booked for the dates the park was closed (14, 15, 21, 22, 28 & 29 March 2020) please contact our team at support@ragingwaterssydney.zendesk.com to arrange a refund.

Unused Season Passes and Day Tickets can be carried over to next season. For events cancelled please contact groupbookings@ragingwaterssydney.com.au

Pre-purchased online parking can be carried over for use during the 2020/21 Season. Please send through a copy of your online voucher to support@ragingwaterssydney.zendesk.com
