Season Passes

These terms and conditions form part of the Terms & Conditions of Purchase and use of Season Passes for Raging Waters Sydney. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions when purchasing a Season Pass.

You must scan your Digital Pass at the pods when entering the Park and have your Digital Pass accessible at all times when in the Park.

Upon issue of your Digital Pass, a photograph of the registered user must be uploaded onto your Digital Pass for the purpose of allowing you entry to the Park and verifying use of your Digital Pass in-Park.

When your Digital Pass is used in-Park, a photograph of the registered user of the Digital Pass is displayed at the register for verification purposes. If the photograph of the registered user does not match the person using the Digital Pass, it may be confiscated and:

• the wearer will be required to purchase a single-day entry ticket or leave the Park immediately.

• we may (depending upon the circumstances of misuse and at our sole discretion) notify the registered user that their Digital Pass is cancelled, preventing any further entry into the Park.

Your Digital Pass may also be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of purchase and use of Season Passes to the Park.

You are responsible for the security of your Digital Pass and preventing it from theft or misuse, as you remain liable for any purchases made by a third party using your Digital Pass.

The Digital Pass issued to you shall at all times remain the property of Raging Waters Sydney Pty Ltd.

A valid Digital Pass can only be transferred to another person if it has not been previously used to gain entry into the Park during the current operating season. Please visit the Ticketing Office to do so. Once a Digital Pass has been used for the season, it cannot be transferred.

Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Season Passes are valid for one season and may not be transferred to following seasons.

Season Pass pricing and inclusions are subject to change without notice. Discounts may only be redeemed in Park on day of visit. Food discounts do not apply to Cabana food services or confectionery items purchased at High Tide.

Season Pass Cabana discounts are available exclusively for in-park use and can only be applied to bookings made on the day you redeem them.
