Application Process
If you become a recommended applicant, you will move to the Right to Work process. You will need to login to the candidate portal on our careers page to complete the task.
After this has been verified and you become a successful candidate, you will be sent a letter of offer and job description and will use the same candidate portal to review and acknowledge these documents.
You will to continue to use the careers portal until you are offered a position. After you complete the letter of offer, you will receive login details to the Workday system which includes an app. This is where you will then continue your onboarding journey.
If you are 18 years or older, as part of the on boarding you will need to enter in your Working With Children Check (WWC) number and expiry date and your Police Check number and the date it was completed.
You will need to complete all your onboarding tasks before you commence work.
You will also be sent dates for an induction session and training that you will need to attend.

Requirements
There are three requirements to be a team member at Raging Waters Sydney, this includes:
If you are a successful applicant, you will need to obtain and provide these credentials prior to commencing work. You do not need this prior to your interview.
Visa Holder
If you are a Visa Holder, you need to:
It is your responsibility to ensure we have a copy of a valid working visa at all times.
If you are over 18 years of age, you are required to have a current National Crime Check.
If you were a team member from the previous season and completed a Raging Waters Sydney National Crime Check then you will get an email with renewal information that you need to complete.
National Crime Checks are valid for 1 year. It is your responsibility to ensure it is valid at all times.
If you are over 18 years of age, a requirement for all team members is to hold an employee working with children check (WWCC). The WWCC is valid for 5 years, and it is your responsibility to ensure it is valid at all times.
How to apply for a WWCC:
You need to obtain your WWCC through Service NSW

What to do after you have applied for a WWCC:
You need to provide us with your WWCC details. This includes the WWC number and the expiry date. You can do this through the online portal as part of the on-boarding process.
Whether your child is looking for a way to earn some money or would like to gain experience, we have a position for them! Your child could be the essential piece we need for the season. All applicants must be at least 15 years of age or older at the time the application is completed. Some positions do have other age requirements and restrictions. Please review the job information of the position your child is applying for prior to completing the application.
Once employed, we have a dedicated staff services department that can assist team members with any questions or queries they have within the workplace.
