If conditions become unsafe for our staff and guests including visibility and water quality which is impacted by rain, the park may close earlier than the time stated above.

Digital Pass FAQs

  • What are the benefits of the digital pass?

    A digital Season Pass is more convenient than a physical Season Pass! You can easily access it via your mobile device for park entry and to redeem your perks. Plus...

    • There is no need to process your Season Pass at the park! Simply upload your image during checkout. You can then skip the processing line at the park.
    • Securely store your Season Pass on your mobile device via Google or Apple Wallet - one less thing to carry around at the park!
    • Manage your Season Pass online via the new Guest Portal
  • How do I get a digital pass?

    To get a digital pass, upload your photo during the checkout process.

    Once you complete your order, you will receive two emails to the email address provided during checkout. One will include your order confirmation and transaction information, and the other will include your Season Passes. This will automatically create your digital Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email. 

  • Can I get a physical pass instead of a digital pass?

    While we strongly recommend you get a digital Season Pass, physical Season Passes are still available. To get a Physical Season Pass, do not upload a photo during the checkout process. You will receive an email with your Season Pass vouchers, which can be processed at the park. 

  • What are the steps for converting a physical pass into a digital pass?

    Already have a physical Season Pass? Go digital!
    To do so, sign in or create a Guest Portal account. 

    You will then follow the steps below to create a digital version of your Season Pass. It's important to note that you must log in using the email address associated with the Season Pass you would like to convert.

    •  Log in to the Guest Portal
    • Select My Season Passes from the main menu on the lefthand side
    • Find the pass you would like to digitise and click the area that says Please upload your photo to download your pass or the blue pencil icon on the photo in the righthand corner of the pass.
    • Follow the instructions for uploading or taking a photo and save
    • Click the Download Season Pass button 

    You can now add this pass to your Google or Apple Wallet!

  • What can I do with the new Guest Portal?

    You can use the Guest Portal for the following:

    • Renew your passes quickly and conveniently
    • Easily view and manage your Season Passes
    • Upload your photo and convert your physical pass to a digital pass
    • View your benefits  
    • Change the date of upcoming tickets, cabanas and other extras
    • See all of your previous purchases
    • Purchase extras
  • How do I view my benefits and Bring a Friend ticket usage in the Guest Portal?

    Yes, you certainly can. This can be done by following the below steps:

    •  Log in or create an account in the new Guest Portal.
    • Select “My Season Passes” from the main menu on the lefthand side
    • Find the pass you are inquiring about and click the “My Options” button
    • To see all of your benefits for that pass click “What’s included in my pass”
    • To see how many Bring a Friend tickets you have remaining, click “My Benefits”
