We want you to know the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. We are fully committed to creating the cleanest and safest environment possible for your visit.

The way we will operate is significantly different from what we are all used to as we adapt to the new landscape created by COVID-19. While we are committed to enhanced standards in an effort to keep you as healthy and safe as possible, there remains an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place and any place where people are present. Please, read this page fully to ensure the best experience possible as you plan your visit and join us.

The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our top priority. In these unprecedented times, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to help protect everyone. But we can’t do it alone. We are counting on everyone’s efforts to do their part by cooperating with these new measures that are designed to keep every person visiting and/or working at Raging Waters Sydney healthy and safe.

• Follow advice from NSW Health
• Do not enter the facility if you have been advised to self-isolate.
• Do not enter the facility if you have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
• Stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing mild flu-like symptoms.
• Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, blowing your nose, and before and after eating.
  
• Avoid touching your face.
• Maintain appropriate distance (1.5 metres) from others not in your travel party.
• Review and follow the safety measures in Park.

Guests should familiarise themselves with guidance from NSW Health and evaluate their risk in determining whether they should attend our facility. If you or a family member are ill or think that you may be getting ill, please postpone your visit until you are well.

By visiting our facility, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

In order to comply with key health and safety measures planning a visit to Raging Waters Sydney will look different.

• When purchasing Day Tickets online, Guests need to select the date of their visit. This may be changed if they are unable to attend the original booked in date.
• Raging Waters Sydney will be a cashless venue. Payments via EFTPOS or pre-loaded wristbands (this can be arranged at In Park Services) will be accepted.

• Enhanced sanitising throughout the park including a thorough daily deep cleaning of all touchpoints.
• To achieve 1.5 metres of social distance between travel parties, markers have been placed on the ground in all lines and waiting areas. Separation screens have been installed in retail and food & beverage locations where social distancing between Team Members and Guests cannot be achieved.
• Signage throughout entrance areas and the park will remind all (Guests, Team Members, Suppliers, and Contracted Partners) of the importance of following all rules during their time at Raging Waters Sydney.

• Before opening, all non-porous surfaces, high touchpoints (door knobs, door handles, tables, chairs, push plates, railings, light and air control switches) will be thoroughly disinfected and on a routine cleaning schedule after opening.
• Different Entrance and Exit will be designated when possible to avoid and or reduce face to face exposure.
• Sanitisers will be available in all food preparation areas and all guest service areas, (i.e. Order and Pick up points). Also, employees will frequently sanitise all contact points.
• Tables and other Guest seating have been adjusted to ensure 1.5 metres of distance between all travel parties.
• Food & Beverage Preparation Team Members will be required to wear facial coverings.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to order food and beverage through the Order Up app to reduce queues and minimise contact between Guests and Team Members. Instructions on how to use Order Up can be found at the Park.
• Pre-portioned condiments and toppings (filled from bulk dispensers behind the counter) will be handed to the Guest with the food order upon request.
  
• All cutlery will come packaged.
  
• Guests must utilise contact-less payment for all food and retail items. This includes payments via EFTPOS or pre-loaded wristbands (this can be arranged at In Park Services).
