Can I keep my previous season pass band?

Yes! If you have held on to your previous season pass band, you can use this band to scan through the front gate for entry. If your band has been lost or destroyed, please collect a new band from the Season Pass Centre on your first visit. 

Can I purchase a different pass from last season? 

Yes, you can upgrade to any pass this season! For example, if you purchased a Gold Season Pass last season, you can renew to a Platinum Season Pass. If you do so, your previous band is still valid to scan through for entry.  

Am I eligible for renewal?

Anyone who was a season passholder for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 season is eligible for renewal. 

When does the renewal offer end?

The Early Bird Renewal Offer ends Tuesday 16th August. 

Before visiting Season Passholders will need to collect their season pass band from the Season Pass Centre in Park. The Season Pass Centre is open during Park operating hours. 

If you are collecting bands on behalf of others, please bring your confirmation voucher and their photo to attach to the pass. 

Renewing Passholders: If you have held on to your previous season pass band, you do not need to collect a new one. Simply, scan your previous band at the front gate for entry. If you have lost or damaged your Season Pass Band, a new one can be collected from the Season Pass Centre.  

Bring-a-Friend Ticket 

Valid for use on day of collection only. Season Passholder can collect the free ticket from the Season Pass Centre. Friend must be present with the passholder. Single entry day ticket only. Not valid for use on your first visit. Multiple Bring-a-Friend Free tickets cannot be used on the same day.

Bring-a-Friend Discount

Discounted Day Ticket redeemed at Ticketing Services. Passholder must be present to redeem discount. 

Number of discounted tickets available per day:

Platinum Plus Passholders: Up to 3 friends per day per passholder.

Platinum Passholders: Up to 2 friends per day per passholder.

Gold Passholders: 1 friend per day per passholder. 

Food & Beverage

Must present Season Pass Band when ordering. Discount valid on 1 meal only per passholder. Not valid in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Souvenir Sipper included in discount. Passholder must be present when ordering. 

Retail

Excludes lockers. Not valid in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

Parking

Must present Season Pass Band or online order confirmation/voucher at the car park booth to redeem free parking/ discount per vehicle. Passholder must be present. 

Cabanas

Available for purchase at In Park Services.

Platinum Plus, Platinum and Gold Season Passholders discount valid for in Park cabana purchases only, no advance reservation, subject to availability. Inclusions subject to change. Discount not available online. Discount applies to full price items only. Platinum and Gold Passholder food discount does not apply through Order Up. 

Raging Xpress Lite & Raging Xpress

Available for purchase in Park only. Raging Xpress and Raging Xpress Lite will operate from 11am until one hour prior to closing. No advance reservation. Platinum Plus and Platinum Passholder discount valid for 1 Raging Xpress band per visit. Operation of Raging Xpress is subject to change without notice. 1 free Raging Xpress Pass per Platinum Plus Passholders per season, subject to availability. Raging Xpress available from In Park Services.

Don't want the fun to end? Present your Day Ticket at the Season Pass Centre to upgrade to a Silver, Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus Season Pass. Just pay the difference between the value of your ticket and the pass you wish to upgrade to. Upgrades from a Day Ticket must be done on the day of your visit and are on gate pricing. Upgrades not available with online sale pricing.
